What language is this in?

I'm still having fun seeing who's been reporting on this blog since being commended in The Guardian Blog Awards, but this one is really puzzling me as I can't work out what language it's in. Looking at the country reference in my referral stats I have a feeling it's a Serbian news site.

It references some Guardian winners and commended in the 22nd December feature. I'd love a translation if anyone can speak Serbian. Cheers.
